University of the Pacific, USA - JNTUH- Alliance Joint Masters Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences - Admissions

University of the Pacific, USA has entered into collaboration with JNTU Hyderabad and Alliance Institute to offer a master of science (MS) program in industrial pharmaceutics. In this program, students take courses in the first semester at JNTUH - Alliance and then transfer to the United States to complete the remaining courses and research at Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of the Pacific, USA. Program details: During the first semester, Alliance will provide training towards meeting requirements of the University of the Pacific. After successful completion of first semester at JNTUH - Alliance and fulfilling admission requirements, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), and visa requirements, students can further their studies at University of the Pacific. GRE is not a prerequisite for admission.
If a student fails to meet University of the Pacific admission/visa requirements, they have the option to continue their course and research work at JNTUH - Alliance or do research work at University of the Pacific to fulfill requirements for a MS degree in India.
Research Collaboration In 2010, Pacific entered into research collaboration with Alliance Institute. This program is applicable to all Alliance students including students from industrial pharmaceutics program who fail to meet University of the Pacific admission/visa requirements. Alliance students have an option to do research work at the University of the Pacific under the guidance of any faculty in Pharmaceutics and Medicinal Chemistry department to fulfill requirements for MS degree in India.
